My Kindle quit taking the recent updates from the game. I tried an uniinstall/install but the process froze on download. Says 0% downloading. Now I'm unable to do anything.
September 2021. This is what I think. You are having the same problem with both platforms then my guess is with your internet. Provider/WiFi/Router. i am playing candy crush sage and candy crush soda on my android and it for 1 week stopped connecting to App Store and saying that i do not have an internet connection. my connection is fine, my android is up to date and so are both games. force close the app (or make sure it's not running in the background)- switch off your internet connection - start the app but don't click "play" yet - switch on internet connection- then click "play". If this doesn't work then the only solution to fix this problem is to uninstall and reinstall Soda app.
You can also, open the Facebook on your mobile device and in the settings menu, find Candy Crush Soda in the apps section and click on it. This will automatically open the game and also sync the game progress. Hopefully this will help you to reconnect. I did not see anything that let me send to phone from the Facebook app on the computer.
